摘 要:【目的】旨在分析影响吐鲁番黑羊初生重的非遗传因素,并估计其遗传力,为吐鲁番黑羊的育种工作提供科学依据。【方法】研究收集了2022—2024年间新疆托克逊县风城国营牧业有限公司吐鲁番黑羊核心群的1296条产羔记录,利用Excel 2021和SAS9.4软件进行数据处理与分析,采用一般线性模型(GLM)评估固定效应的影响,并基于单性状动物模型,运用DMU软件包中的DUMIAI模块,估计遗传参数。【结果】方差分析显示出生年份、月份、性别和胎次对吐鲁番黑羊初生重有极显著影响(P<0.01)。2023年出生的吐鲁番黑羊初生重最大,公羔重于母羔,第三胎初生重最大。遗传力估计表明,直接遗传力为0.017,母体遗传力为0.4。【结论】非遗传因素对吐鲁番黑羊的初生重影响显著,其中年份、性别和胎次对初生重有重要影响。遗传力的估计表明,初生重受母体遗传力影响较大。本研究为吐鲁番黑羊的选育改良提供了科学依据,有助于提高育种效率。[Objective]This study aimed to analyze the non-genetic factors affecting the birth weight of Turpan black sheep and to estimate their heritability,so as to provide a scientific basis for the breeding of Turpan black sheep.[Methods]1296 lambing records originated from core population of the Turpan black sheep in Toksun county fengcheng state-owned herding limited company during 2022 to 2024 were collected.Then data processing and analysis were performed using Excel 2021 and SAS9.4 software,and fixed effects were assessed using the general linear model(CLM),and the DMUAI module in the DMU package was used for estimation of genetic parameters on the basis of the single-trait animal model.[Results]Results of variance analysis showed that birth year,birth month,sex and parity had extremely significant effects on birth weight of Turpan black sheep.The black sheep born in 2023 had the largest birth weight,the male lambs were heavier than the female ones,and the third parity had the highest birth weight.According to the estimation of heritability,the direct heritability was O.017 and the maternal heritability was O.4.[Conclusion]Non-genetic factors had significant effects on the birth weight of Turpan black sheep,among which,the age,sex,and parity were important factors.Estimation of heritability indicated that birth weight was strongly influenced by maternal heritability.A scientific basis was thus provided by the study for breeding improvement of Turpan black sheep and the breeding efficiencywould be improved.
