河北省临港产业强省建设的多维解析与实现路径

摘　　要：河北省加强临港产业强省建设是顺应新时代海洋强国建设的重要举措,也是助推河北省经济强省、美丽河北建设的重要战略部署。在深入探讨河北省临港产业强省建设的历史机遇和基础条件的基础上,提出了河北省临港产业强省建设的总体思路与实现路径。河北省应抢抓国家重大战略和良好基础,重点打造临港产业强省建设的“一区二群四基地”框架,提升临港产业发展的均衡性和可持续性,强化交通基础设施建设,全面深化体制机制改革,以实现临港产业强省建设的历史性跨越与经济高质量发展的目标。Hebei Province's strengthening of the construction of a strong province in port-related industries is an important measure to conform to the construction of a maritime power in the new era.It is also an important strategic arrangement to boost the construction of Hebei Province into an economic powerhouse and a beautiful Hebei.Based on the in-depth discussion of the historic chance and basic conditions of the construction of a strong province with port industry in Hebei,this paper puts forward the overall thinking and realization path of the construction of a strong province with port industry in Hebei.Hebei should seize the major opportu-nities and good foundations,focus on building a"one district,two clusters and four bases"framework for the construction of a strong port-industry province,so as to enhance the balance and sustainability of the development of portindustry.Strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure,comprehen-sively deepen the reform of systems and mechanisms,seek breakthroughs,and strive to achieve a historic leap in building a strong province with port industry and the goal of high-quality economic development.
