摘　　要：肿瘤相关性失眠(CRI)发病机制复杂。现代医学指出,CRI涉及免疫神经物质失调和昼夜节律紊乱等多种因素。自主神经系统及其调控的免疫神经物质在合成过程或效应上具有类似中医理论中阴阳二分法的调控属性。针灸基于中医理论,通过滋阴潜阳穴位配伍,发挥多靶点效应,整体调控阳性和阴性中枢免疫神经物质的合成和释放,维持昼夜节律的阴阳平衡,从而改善患者因阳盛阴虚所致的失眠问题。同时,针灸可以缓解癌因性症状及CRI治疗不良反应,减少药物叠加风险。The pathogenesis of cancer-related insomnia(CRI)is complex.Modern medicine points out that CRI involves multiple factors,including immune-neurotransmitter imbalance and circadian rhythm disturbances.The autonomic nervous system and its regulated immune-neurotransmitters share regulatory properties similar to the yin-yang duality described in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Acupuncture and moxibustion,based on TCM theory,employ yin-nourishing and yang-subduing acupoints to exert multi-target effects.They regulate the synthesis and release of both positive and negative central immune-neurotransmitters,maintaining the yin-yang balance of circadian rhythms,thus improving insomnia caused by an excess of yang and deficiency of yin.Additionally,acupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate cancer-related symptoms and the side effects of CRI treatment,reducing the risk of drug interactions.
