摘　　要：越鞠丸最早出自元·朱震亨《丹溪心法》,被誉为“解郁圣药”,用于治疗气、血、痰、火、湿、食等六郁,越鞠丸临床临床广泛应用于神经系统(如焦虑抑郁、失眠、痴呆)、消化系统(胃食管反流病、萎缩性胃炎、非酒精脂肪性肝病、功能性消化不良等)、心血管系统(冠心病、高血压),其治疗疾病作用机制可能与减轻炎症反应、改善氧化应激,抗焦虑抑郁、改善认知,降低血脂、稳定斑块、控制血糖,保护胃黏膜、促进胃肠动力等相关。Yueju Pills first appeared in ZHU Zhenheng′s Danxi′s Experiential Therapy(Dan Xi Xin Fa)during the Yuan Dynasty and is praised as the“holy medicine for relieving depression”.It is used to treat the six types of stagnation,i.e.,qi,blood,phlegm,fire,dampness,and food.Yueju Pills are widely applied in clinical practice for various conditions,including those of the nervous system(such as anxiety,depression,insomnia,and dementia),digestive system(gastroesophageal reflux disease,atrophic gastritis,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,functional dyspepsia,etc.),and cardiovascular system(coronary heart disease,hypertension).The therapeutic mechanisms of Yueju Pills may involve alleviating inflammation,improving oxidative stress,reducing anxiety and depression,enhancing cognition,lowering blood lipids,stabilizing plaques,controlling blood sugar,protecting the gastric mucosa,and promoting gastrointestinal motility.
