摘 要:区域国别音乐研究作为中国民族音乐学的新视角和传统音乐研究的新定位,以共时性社会文化空间为基本范畴,专注于研究以当代民族(或多民族)国家为代表的政治文化体制与传统区域文化之间错综复杂的关系。其横向视角主要考察当代政治文化体制对传统区域音乐文化的横向区隔作用及所带来的政治、经济、社会和文化影响,目前的主要研究倾向是取其狭义、中域(或中位、中观)层面,重点关注“国与国”研究。倘若将之作为一种音乐空间研究的学术范式,从广义和内域(内部)、微观方向缩进,可延伸至中国内地“省(区)与省”之间及与港澳台地区之间音乐文化关系的研究,而向外域(外部)、宏观方向扩展,则可将其研究目光延及洲际乃至全球范围。区域国别音乐研究的纵向研究可以包括区域研究与国别研究两个基本层面:区域音乐(或传统音乐)研究层面通常仅涉及前现代性和前工业化时期传统音乐的历时性(或历史性)研究;国别(或区域与国别)音乐研究层面不仅涉及传统音乐寄存于当代社会的传承和濡化状况,而且涉及其进入当代民族(或多民族)国家及现代(或后现代)性、工业化时期以来的各种发展、建构、变迁及与外来文化交融、涵化后形成的多元分层一体化音乐生态。As a new perspective in Chinese ethnomusicology and a new positioning in the study of traditional music, regional national music research employs the synchronous socio-cultural space as its basic category, focusing on the intricate relationships between political-cultural regimes represented by contemporary national(or multinational) states and traditional regional cultures. Its horizontal perspective primarily examines the segregative impact of contemporary political-cultural systems on traditional regional music cultures and the ensuing political, economic, social, and cultural effects. Current research focuses on a narrower, meso-level perspective, emphasizing "nation-to-nation" studies. If considered as an academic paradigm for the study of musical spaces, this approach can be extended from a broader and inner(internal), micro-level perspective to research on musical cultural relations between provinces(regions) in China's mainland and between these regions and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan;expanding outward(externally) and macroscopically, it can encompass intercontinental and even global scopes. Longitudinal studies in regional national music research can include two fundamental layers: regional studies and national studies. The regional music(or traditional music) research layer typically involves only the diachronic(or historical) study of pre-modernity and pre-industrial traditional music;the national(or regional and national) music research layer involves not only the inheritance and acculturation of traditional music in contemporary society but also its developments, constructions, transformations, and integration with foreign cultures forming a diverse, stratified, integrated music ecology since the entry into contemporary national(or multinational) states and modern(or postmodern), industrialized periods.
