摘 要:大兴场地质构造、岩性复杂,地应力高,地层压力系统差异大,钻井中溢漏塌复杂问题十分突出,严重阻碍了大兴场区块深层安全高效钻井进程,亟需开展大兴场构造地应力与三压力三维展布规律研究。结果表明,大兴场构造地处四川西南部地质构造运动活跃带,为典型走滑断层类地应力;大兴场构造陆相地层异常高压形成机制为沉积压实与加载作用,海相地层异常高压则与该地区多期次剧烈构造运动有关,熊坡断层的泄压作用导致断层附近地层压力降低;地层存在3套地层压力系统,严格控制井筒当量循环密度(ECD)在地层压力与临界漏失压力范围内,优化井身结构设计,有效封隔高低压地层,以降低溢漏风险。研究成果可为大兴场构造后期钻井井身结构设计、关键工艺参数优化及井下复杂防控工艺制定提供科学依据。Daxingchang has complex geological structure and lithology,high in-situ stress and great difference in formation pressure system,and the complicated problems of overflow and collapse during drilling are very prominent,which seriously hinder the safe and efficient drilling process of deep layers of Daxingchang Block.It is urgent to carry out research on the three-dimensional distribution law of in-situ stress and three-pressure in Daxingchang structure.The results show that the Daxingchang structure is located in the active zone of geological tectonic movement in southwest Sichuan,with typical strike-slip fault in-situ stress.The formation mechanism of the abnormal high pressure in the Daxingchang structure is sedimentary compaction and loading,while the abnormal high pressure in the Marine strata is related to the multi-stage intense tectonic movement in the area.The depressurized action of Xiongpo fault leads to the decrease of formation pressure near the fault.There are three sets of formation pressure systems in the formation.Strict control of wellbore equivalent circulating density(ECD)within the range of formation pressure and loss pressure,optimization of casing program design,and effective containment of high and low pressure formation can effectively reduce the overflow lip risk.The research results can provide scientific basis for the later design of the drilling casing program,optimization of key technological parameters and formulation of downhole complex control technology in Daxingchang structure.
