摘  要:硫化氢(H2S)是一种与油气伴生的有毒气体,严重影响着油气安全生产和有效开采,因此有效评估H2S的成因及分布具有重要意义。车镇凹陷大王庄地区沙四段(Es4)湖相碳酸盐岩中发现了高含H2S油气藏。为明确该区H2S的形成机理和富集规律,文中综合分析了天然气与地层水地球化学特征、储层固体沥青元素特征以及膏盐岩、原油、干酪根硫同位素特征,认为大王庄北部深洼带热化学硫酸盐还原作用(TSR),是该区油气藏中H2S来源的主要成因。馆陶组成藏期及之后的继承性断层活动,导致沙四段碳酸盐岩储层中H2S大量富集。该认识将为今后大王庄地区富硫油气藏的开发及规避H2S风险提供借鉴意义。Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is a harmful gas associated with oil and gas,which seriously affects the safe production and effective exploitation of oil and gas.Therefore,it is of great significance to effectively evaluate the origin and distribution of H2S.Oil and gas reservoirs with high H2S content were found in lacustrine carbonate rocks of Es4,Dawangzhuang area,Chezhen Sag.In order to clarify the formation mechanism and enrichment patterns of H2S in this area,the geochemical characteristics of natural gas and formation water,the element characteristics of reservoir solid bituminous and the sulfur isotope characteristics of gypsum-salt rocks,crude oil and kerogen are analyzed comprehensively.It is concluded that the thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR)in the deep depression zone in northern Dawangzhuang is the main source of H2S in oil and gas reservoirs in this area.Successor fault activities during and after Guantao Formation accumulation period led to a large amount of H2S enrichment in the carbonate reservoirs of Es4.This understanding will provide reference for the future development of sulfur-rich oil and gas reservoirs and the avoidance of high-yield H2S risk in Dawangzhuang area.
