摘 要:大港油田沧东凹陷孔二段储层岩性复杂多变,非均质性强,在进行水平井分段多簇压裂时,裂缝之间存在竞争扩展现象,储层改造效果不佳。针对此问题,文中建立了可靠的水平井分段多簇压裂数值模型,对不同施工工艺下裂缝竞争扩展规律进行了系统研究。研究表明,数值模拟结果与现场施工参数有较好的一致性。在此基础上,考虑压裂液分配差异,对影响多裂缝竞争扩展的主控因素进行了探讨。结果发现:注液量的增大会抑制中间裂缝的发育,增大泵注排量和簇间距会促进裂缝均衡扩展;增大压裂液黏度会加剧裂缝之间的竞争扩展;减小段间距会加剧段间应力干扰,压裂段2和压裂段3的HF1压裂液进液受到抑制,中间裂缝受到的应力干扰减小。研究为水平井分段多簇裂缝扩展形态优化提供了参考。The lithology of Kong 2 Member reservoir of Cangdong Depression in Dagang Oilfield is complex and variable,with strong heterogeneity.During the segmented multi-cluster fracturing of horizontal wells,there is a phenomenon of competitive propagation between fractures,resulting in poor reservoir stimulation effect.To address this problem,this paper establishes a reliable numerical model for segmented multi-cluster fracturing of horizontal wells and systematically studies the competitive propagation laws of fractures under different construction techniques.The research shows that the established numerical simulation results have good consistency with the onsite construction parameters.On this basis,considering the allocation difference of fracturing fluid,the main controlling factors affecting the competitive propagation of multiple fractures are discussed.It is found that the increase of injection volume will inhibit the development of intermediate fractures,and the increase of pump displacement and cluster spacing will promote the balanced propagation of fractures.Increasing the viscosity of fracturing fluid will intensify the competitive propagation between fractures,and reducing the interval spacing will aggravate the stress interference between intervals,inhibiting the HF1 fracturing fluid inflow of fracturing interval 2 and fracturing interval 3,and the stress interference of intermediate fractures is reduced.This study provides a reference for the optimization of multi-cluster fracture propagation in horizontal wells.
