摘 要:为了满足页岩气井水基钻井液对抑制性能和环保性能的要求,以多糖衍生物藻糖肽为主要原料,使用N,N-二丁基-1,3-丙二胺和溴代烷烃对其进行了改性,制备了一种新型环保型抑制剂HBM-T。文中以相对抑制率为评价指标优化了该抑制剂的制备条件,采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了其结构,并评价了其抑制性能和环保性能。结果表明:当中间产物DGMT和溴代烷烃的物质的量比为1∶2、反应温度为55℃、反应时间为14 h时,制备的HBM-T抑制性能最好。随着HBM-T质量分数的不断增大,相对抑制率、岩屑滚动回收率逐渐增大,膨润土的Zeta电位值逐渐减小。当HBM-T质量分数为1.5%时,相对抑制率可达到86.5%,岩屑的一次滚动回收率和二次滚动回收率分别为90.7%和81.6%,钠膨润土的Zeta电位值可降低至-14.5 mV。HBM-T与现场水基钻井液的配伍性较好,可以有效提升其抑制性能。另外,HBM-T的环保性能较好,不含有毒重金属,属于无毒、易降解产品。研究结果认为,环保型抑制剂HBM-T能够作为页岩气井水基钻井液用抑制剂使用。In order to meet the requirements of water-based drilling fluids of shale gas wells for inhibition and environmental performance,a new environmentally friendly inhibitor HBM-T was prepared using polysaccharide derivatives fucoidan peptide as the main raw material,modified with N,N-dibutyl-1,3-propanediamine and brominated alkanes.The preparation conditions were optimized using relative inhibition rate as an evaluation index,its structure was characterized using infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy and its inhibition performance and environmental performance were evaluated.The results showed that the best inhibition performance of HBM-T was achieved when the molar ratio of intermediate product DGMT to brominated alkanes was 1:2,the reaction temperature was 55℃and the reaction time was 14 hours.With the continuous increase of the mass fraction of HBM-T,the relative inhibition rate and rock debris rolling recovery rate gradually increased,and the Zeta potential value of bentonite gradually decreased.When the mass fraction of HBM-T was 1.5%,the relative inhibition rate could reach 86.5%,the primary and secondary rolling recovery rates of rock debris were 90.7%and 81.6%respectively,and the Zeta potential value of sodium bentonite could be reduced to-14.5 mV.The compatibility between HBM-T and on-site water-based drilling fluid is good,which can effectively improve its inhibition performance.In addition,HBM-T has good environmental performance and does not contain toxic heavy metals,making it a non-toxic and easily degradable product.The research results suggest that the environmentally friendly inhibitor HBM-T can be used as an inhibitor for water-based drilling fluids in shale gas wells.
