摘　　要：目的探究子宫下段连续纵向折叠缝合术联合缩宫素对瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇止血效果及安全性的影响。方法选取98例瘢痕子宫产妇,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组行剖宫产术中子宫下段常规连续缝合术联合缩宫素治疗,研究组行剖宫产术中子宫下段连续纵向折叠缝合术联合缩宫素治疗。比较两组产后止血效果及安全性。结果研究组术中、术后2h、术后24h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组住院时间为(5.69±0.58)d,短于对照组的(6.71±0.72)d(P<0.05)。研究组产后出血率及并发症总发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对行剖宫产的瘢痕子宫产妇采取子宫下段连续纵向折叠缝合术联合缩宫素可发挥显著的止血作用,还可降低并发症风险,促进预后,提高安全性。Objective To explore the effect and safety of continuous longitudinal folding and suturing of the lower segment of the uterus combined with oxytocin on hemostasis in cesarean section women with scarred uterus.Methods 98 cases of scarred uterus parturients were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine continuous suturing of the lower segment of the uterus combined with oxytocin treatment during cesarean section,while the study group underwent continuous longitudinal folding suturing of the lower segment of the uterus combined with oxytocin treatment during cesarean section.The effectiveness and safety of postpartum hemostasis between the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume of the study group during surgery,2 hours after surgery,and 24 hours after surgery were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was(5.69±0.58)days,shorter than(6.71±0.72)days of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate and total incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous longitudinal folding and suturing of the lower segment of the uterus combined with oxytocin can significantly stop bleeding in scarred uterus parturients undergoing cesarean section,while also reducing the risk of complications,promoting prognosis,and improving safety.
