Hayman缝合术在宫缩乏力产妇剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究Hayman缝合术治疗剖宫产产后宫缩乏力出血的效果。方法选取本院收治的60例剖宫产产后宫缩乏力出血患者,随机分为研究组(30例)及对照组(30例)。研究组接受Hayman缝合术治疗,对照组接受B-Lynch缝合术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组平均手术时间、平均住院时间分别为(47.25±4.07)min、(4.18±0.67)d,均明显短于对照组的(65.68±5.81)min、(7.23±0.74)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中、术后24 h平均出血量分别为(404.85±90.57)ml、(253.25±98.27)ml,均显著少于对照组的(487.47±101.24)ml、(335.31±113.43)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Hayman缝合术在宫缩乏力导致的剖宫产产后出血中应用优势较高,能减少手术时间,减少出血量,缩短患者住院时间,且具有安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of Hayman suture in the treatment of uterine contraction fatigue hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 60 patients with uterine contraction fatigue hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The study group received Hayman suture and the control group received B-Lynch suture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average operation time and average hospital stay of the study group were(47.25±4.07)min and(4.18±0.67)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(65.68±5.81)min and(7.23±0.74)d of the control group(P<0.05).The average blood loss intraoperative and 24 h postoperative in the study group were(404.85±90.57)ml and(253.25±98.27)ml,respectively,which were significantly lower than(487.47±101.24)ml and(335.31±113.43)ml in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hayman suture has obvious advantages in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue.It can effectively reduce the operation time and blood loss,shorten the hospital stay of patients,and has high safety.
