活血化瘀方辅助子宫动脉栓塞术、甲氨蝶呤治疗胎盘植入对月经恢复情况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究胎盘植入患者采用子宫动脉栓塞术、甲氨蝶呤及活血化瘀方治疗的效果。方法选取62例胎盘植入患者,采用抽签法分为对照组(31例,行子宫动脉栓塞术结合甲氨蝶呤治疗)与研究组(31例,在对照组基础上行活血化瘀方辅治),对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组胎盘自行排出率高于对照组,清宫手术率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗相关指标时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组月经规律率高于对照组,月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胎盘植入经子宫动脉栓塞术及甲氨蝶呤治疗后,加用活血化瘀方对月经恢复具有积极影响,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of uterine artery embolization,methotrexate and Huoxue huayu formula in the treatment of placenta implantation.Methods 62 patients with placental implantation were selected and divided into a control group(31 cases,treated with uterine artery embolization combined with methotrexate)and a study group(31 cases,Huoxue huayu formula on the basis of the control group)using a lottery method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of spontaneous placental discharge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of curettage surgery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group had a shorter treatment time for relevant indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual regularity rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the menstrual recovery time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After placental implantation and treatment with uterine artery embolization and methotrexate,the combined application of Huoxue huayu formula has a positive effect on menstrual recovery and is worthy of clinical promotion.
