性激素与抗苗勒管激素联合检测诊断多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中采用性激素与抗苗勒管激素(AMH)联合检测的效果。方法选取75例PCOS患者及同期在本院进行体检的75例健康女性为研究对象。将健康女性纳入对照组,将PCOS患者纳入研究组,均接受性激素与AMH联合检测。比较两组检测结果。结果研究组AMH水平为(7.24±1.71)ng/ml,高于对照组的(2.27±0.59)ng/ml,促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)水平均低于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、催乳素(PRL)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。PCOS患者中,未反应组AMH、FSH、LH、T、E_(2)水平均高于反应组,PRL、P水平均低于反应组(P<0.05)。AMH联合性激素检测的敏感性与特异性均高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论性激素联合AMH检测在PCOS诊断中具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广、使用。Objective To investigate the effect of combined detection of sex hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 75 patients with PCOS and 75 healthy women who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the research objects.The healthy women were included in the control group,and the PCOS patients were included in the study group.All of them received the combined detection of sex hormone and AMH.The results of the two groups were compared.Results The AMH level in the study group was(7.24±1.71)ng/ml,higher than(2.27±0.59)ng/ml in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E_(2))and prolactin(PRL)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In PCOS patients,the levels of AMH,FSH,LH,T and E_(2) in the unresponded group were higher than those in the response group,and the levels of PRL and P were lower than those in the response group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of AMH combined sex hormone detection were higher than those of single detections(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex hormone combined with AMH detection has high application value in the diagnosis of PCOS,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
