影响绝经后取出宫内节育器效果的相关因素及预防对策

摘　　要：目的探讨影响绝经后取出宫内节育器效果的相关因素。方法回顾性分析670例绝经后取出宫内节育器妇女的临床资料,将宫内节育器取出顺利者作为对照组,将取出困难及失败者作为研究组。比较两组妇女的相关因素差异。结果670例妇女中,宫内节育器取出顺利600例,占比89.55%;取出困难58例,占比8.66%;取出失败12例,占比1.79%。子宫肌瘤、人流后置器、O型环和宫型环、绝经时间及精神紧张均是影响绝经后取出宫内节育器效果的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论绝经后取出宫内节育器困难及失败的发生率较高,影响因素复杂,临床应采取对策以提升取出效果。Objective To investigate the related factors that affect the effectiveness of removing intrauterine devices after menopause.Methods The clinical data of 670 postmenopausal women with intrauterine device removal were retrospectively analyzed.Those who succeeded in taking intrauterine device were divided into the control group,and those who difficult or failed in taking out intrauterine device were divided into the study group.The differences of related factors between the two groups of women were compared.Results In 670 cases,600 cases were removed intrauterine device successfully,accounting for 89.55%;there were 58 cases with difficulty in extraction,accounting for 8.66%;there were 12 cases of failure,accounting for 1.79%.Uterine fibroids,post-abortion device,O-type and uterine-type ring,menopause time and mental stress were all related factors affecting the effectiveness of removing intrauterine device after menopause(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of difficulty and failure in removing intrauterine devices after menopause is relatively high,and the influencing factors are complicated.Clinical countermeasures should be performed to improve the effect of removing intrauterine device.
