小剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂、维生素D对妊娠期高血压疾病患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究小剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂、维生素D对妊娠期高血压疾病患者凝血功能的影响。方法选取58例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。研究组使用小剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂、维生素D治疗,对照组患者使用小剂量阿司匹林治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血压水平、凝血功能指标。结果研究组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平分别为(136.63±2.05)mmHg、(82.77±1.09)mmHg,均分别低于对照组的(147.63±3.11)mmHg、(91.52±2.01)mmHg(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后凝血功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压疾病患者实施联合用药治疗,可促进凝血功能改善,值得临床推广。Objective To exploring the effects of low-dose aspirin combined with calcium and vitamin D on coagulation function in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods 58 patients with gestational hypertension were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The study group were treated with low-dose aspirin combined with calcium supplements and vitamin D,while the control group were treated with low-dose aspirin alone.The blood pressure levels and coagulation function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the study group after treatment were(136.63±2.05)mmHg and(82.77±1.09)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(147.63±3.11)mmHg and(91.52±2.01)mmHg of the control group(P<0.05).The coagulation function indicators of the study group patients were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of combination therapy for patients with gestational hypertension can promote the improvement of coagulation function and is worthy of clinical promotion.
