低剂量阿司匹林应用于子痫前期高危人群的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探索子痫前期高危人群使用低剂量阿司匹林的临床疗效。方法选取40例子痫前期高危人群,按照自愿原则分为两组,每组20例。对照组进行常规产检,研究组在常规产检基础上采用低剂量阿司匹林治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组子痫前期发病率显著低于对照组,分娩孕周长于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,较对照组的30.00%低(P<0.05)。研究组孕妇产后出血量少于对照组,产后出血率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期高危人群使用低剂量阿司匹林治疗的效果显著,可有效地降低孕妇子痫前期发病率,延缓孕妇发病孕周,降低新生儿窒息率,改善母婴结局,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To exploring the clinical efficacy of small-dose aspirin in high-risk populations for preeclampsia.Methods 40 high-risk individuals for preeclampsia were selected and divided into two groups based on voluntary principles,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received routine prenatal checkups,while the study group received small-dose aspirin treatment in addition to routine prenatal checkups.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of preeclampsia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the gestational week of delivery was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum bleeding volume of pregnant women in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the postpartum bleeding rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of small-dose aspirin in high-risk groups for preeclampsia has a significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women,delay the gestational age of onset,reduce neonatal asphyxia rate,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.It has high clinical promotion value.
