低分子量肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗复发性流产的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究低分子量肝素钠联合阿司匹林疗法在治疗复发性流产中的实际疗效。方法选取68例复发性流产患者,根据双盲法分为A组和B组,每组34例。A组给予低分子量肝素钠治疗,B组给予低分子量肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组妊娠结局、凝血功能指标及用药不良反应发生情况。结果A组活产率为70.59%,B组活产率为91.18%,B组在妊娠结局改善方面显著高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后B组凝血功能指标显著优于A组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床治疗复发性流产的过程中,采用低分子量肝素钠与阿司匹林相结合的方案进行治疗,可明显提升患者活产率,且有效改善患者的凝血功能指标,安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To exploring the actual efficacy of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with aspirin therapy in treating recurrent miscarriage.Methods 68 patients with recurrent miscarriage were selected and divided into Group A and Group B using a double-blind method,with 34 cases in each group.Group A was treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium,while Group B was treated with a combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and aspirin.The pregnancy outcomes,coagulation function indicators,adverse drug reaction occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The live birth rate for Group A is 70.59%,while that of Group B was 91.18%.Group B showed significantly higher improvement in pregnancy outcomes compared to Group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function indicators of group B were significantly better than those of group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of recurrent miscarriage,the combination of low molecular weight heparin sodium and aspirin can significantly improve the live birth rate of patients,effectively improve the coagulation function indicators of patients,with high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
