临床药师干预妇产科围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师干预妇产科围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的方法及效果。方法选取130例妇产科围手术期患者,根据随机数字表分为两组,每组65例。对照组接受常规用药,研究组接受临床药师干预。比较两组抗菌药物使用情况与感染发生率,调查不合理用药率及不良反应发生情况。结果两组感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组Ⅰ类切口抗菌药物使用率及总使用率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组不合理用药总发生率为3.57%,较对照组的25.00%低(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术围术期开展临床药师干预用药,可减少抗菌药物使用且抗感染作用确切,能提升抗菌药物预防性应用合理性,并可降低不良反应风险。Objective To exploring the methods and effects of clinical pharmacist intervention in preventing the use of antibiotics during the perioperative period in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 130 patients in the perioperative period of obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into two groups based on a random number table,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received routine medication,while the research group received clinical pharmacist intervention.The use of antibiotics and infection rates between the two groups were compared,and the incidences of irrational drug use and adverse reactions were investigated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The usage rate and total usage rate of ClassⅠincision antibiotics in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of irrational drug use in the research group was 3.57%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacist intervention in perioperative period of obstetrics and gynecology can reduce the use of antibiotics and determine the anti-infection effect,improve the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
