综合护理在唐氏筛查高风险孕妇中的实施价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对唐氏综合征筛查呈高风险的孕妇实施综合护理的效益。方法在本院纳入的唐氏筛查高风险孕妇中随机选取150例,通过随机数字表法进行分组,每组75例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组以常规护理为基础进行综合护理。比较两组护理前后的心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度。结果在对照组、观察组心理状态的比较中,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对照组、观察组生活质量的比较中,观察组评分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组的护理满意度89.33%比较,观察组的98.67%更高(P<0.05)。结论在唐氏筛查高风险孕妇中使用综合护理可调节其心理状态,提高孕妇的生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the benefits of implementing comprehensive care for pregnant women at high risk for Down syndrome screening.Methods 150 pregnant women with high risk of Down's screening were randomly selected and divided into groups by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing based on routine nursing.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of psychological states between the control group and the observation group,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of quality of life between the control group and the observation group,the observation group scored higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 89.33%of the control group,98.67%of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing in screening high-risk pregnant women for down syndrome can regulate their psychological state,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
