摘　　要：目的分析子宫内膜息肉患者采取宫腔镜手术治疗的护理方法和应用效果。方法选取40例子宫内膜息肉患者,应用双色球法分为对照组与干预组,每组20例。全部患者均采用宫腔镜手术治疗,对照组配合常规护理模式,干预组配合手术室护理模式。对比两组临床指标、并发症发生情况和负性情绪评分。结果干预组手术、下床活动、胃肠功能恢复及住院等时间指标均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组护理后负性情绪低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉中配合高质量的手术室护理可规避风险,促进患者恢复的同时减轻其心理应激反应,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the nursing methods and application effects of hysteroscopic surgery for patients with endometrial polyps.Methods 40 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group using the double chromosphere method,with 20 cases in each group.All patients were treated with hysteroscopy surgery,Control group received routine nursing,intervention group received operating room nursing.The clinical indicators,incidence of complications,and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The time indexes of operation,getting out of bed,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotions in the intervention group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-quality operating room nursing in hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps can avoid risks,promote patient recovery,and reduce their psychological stress reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
