情志护理配合护理干预对无痛人流手术患者焦虑、疼痛、并发症及满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的评价情志护理配合护理干预对无痛人流手术患者的护理效果。方法选取80例行无痛人流手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例应用常规护理,观察组40例应用情志护理配合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论情志护理配合护理干预的应用可减轻无痛人流手术患者的情绪与疼痛,减少并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of emotional nursing combined with nursing intervention on patients undergoing painless abortion surgery.Methods 80 patients undergoing painless abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received conventional nursing,the observation group(40 cases)received emotional nursing combined with nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group 22.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emotional nursing combined with nursing intervention can alleviate the emotions and pain of patients undergoing painless abortion surgery,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
