心理疏导结合针对性营养支持在GDM孕妇护理中的作用及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇护理期间实施心理疏导结合针对性营养支持对其睡眠质量的影响。方法选取84例GDM孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组采用针对性营养支持,观察组在对照组基础上结合心理疏导护理,对比两组护理效果。结果入院7 d后观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度97.62%高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇应用心理疏导结合针对性营养支持,可提高睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological counseling combined with targeted nutritional support on sleep quality of pregnant women with diabetes complicating pregnancy(GDM)during nursing care.Methods 84 pregnant women with GDM were selected and divided into two groups of 42 each using a random number table method.The control group received targeted nutritional support,while the observation group received psychological counseling and nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of admission,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.62%higher than that of the control group,which was 85.71%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological counseling combined with targeted nutritional support for GDM pregnant women can improve sleep quality and enhance nursing satisfaction.
