腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的手术护理配合探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的手术护理配合效果。方法选取128例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。观察组患者实施常规护理+手术护理配合,对照组患者仅实施常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者应用手术护理配合,对促进患者康复具有显著作用,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of surgical nursing cooperation in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 128 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The observation group received routine nursing combined with surgical nursing,while the control group received only routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,first bowel movement time,bed movement time,and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgical nursing cooperation plan for patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy has a significant effect on promoting patient recovery and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
