舒适护理在妇产科手术室护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析舒适护理在妇产科手术室护理中的应用价值。方法选取87例妇产科手术患者,根据抽签法分为观察组(43例)、对照组(44例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果观察组护理后负性情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理依从性100%高于对照组的90.91%(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在妇产科手术室护理中可以充分优化患者的护理体验感,改善患者负性情绪,提高其护理依从性及护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of comfort nursing in obstetrics and gynecology operating room nursing.Methods 87 patients undergoing gynecological surgery were selected and divided into an observation group(43 cases)and a control group(44 cases)according to the drawing method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comfort care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The negative emotion scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher nursing compliance rate of 100%compared to the control group's 90.91%(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care in obstetrics and gynecology operating room nursing can fully optimize patients'nursing experience,improve their negative emotions,enhance their nursing compliance and satisfaction,and has clinical application value.
