单孔腹腔镜治疗高龄妇女合并糖尿病、高血压的子宫内膜癌围术期护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析单孔腹腔镜治疗高龄妇女合并糖尿病、高血压的子宫内膜癌围术期护理方法及效果。方法选取80例行子宫内膜癌手术(单孔腹腔镜)的高龄患者,所有患者均合并高血压、糖尿病,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果术前及术后观察组血糖、血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜治疗高龄妇女子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病、高血压,在围术期采取针对性护理可降低手术风险,防止术后并发症发生,且可稳定血糖、血压水平,促进其获得良好预后。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing methods and effects of single port laparoscopic treatment of endometrial cancer in elderly women with diabetes and hypertension.Methods 80 elderly patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery(single port laparoscopy)were selected.All patients were complicated with hypertension and diabetes.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received targeted nursing care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose and blood pressure levels in the preoperative and postoperative observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single port laparoscopy is used to treat elderly women with endometrial cancer complicated with diabetes and hypertension.Targeted nursing during the perioperative period can reduce the risk of surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,control the blood sugar and blood pressure levels and promote their good prognosis.
