47例女性不孕症患者性激素水平检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析47例女性不孕症患者的性激素水平检测结果。方法选取47例女性不孕症患者,将其设为研究组;另选取同期的47例体检健康女性,将其设为对照组。所有入选者均接受性激素水平检测,对比两组受检者及研究组中卵泡期与排卵期患者雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及泌乳素(PRL)水平。结果研究组E_(2)、FSH、P、LH、T、PRL水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中卵泡期、排卵期患者FSH、LH、E_(2)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),P、T、PRL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性不孕症患者性激素水平会出现明显变化,通过检测性激素水平,有利于判定女性不孕症病情。Objective To analyze the results of sex hormone level testing in 47 female infertility patients.Methods 47 female infertility patients were selected as the study group;another 47 healthy women who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.All selected individuals underwent hormone level testing,and the results of estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),and prolactin(PRL)levels were compared between the two groups of subjects and the study group of patients in the follicular and ovulatory phases.Results The levels of E_(2),FSH,P,LH,T,and PRL in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the levels of FSH,LH,and E_(2) between follicular and ovulatory patients in the study group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of P,T,and PRL(P>0.05).Conclusion Female infertility patients experience significant changes in their sex hormone levels,and detecting sex hormone levels can help determine the condition of female infertility.
