妊娠期贫血孕妇血常规检验的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期贫血孕妇的血常规检验价值。方法选取68例妊娠期贫血孕妇设为贫血组,68例正常妊娠孕妇设为正常组,两组均在意识清醒、神志正常状态下完成血样采集与血常规检验,比较两组各项血常规检验结果及检出阳性率。结果贫血组的红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)水平均低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。贫血组的平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。贫血组的RBC、HGB、HCT检出阳性率及RBC+HGB+HCT+MCH+MCHC检出阳性率均高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验可在妊娠期贫血孕妇诊断中发挥显著作用,联合应用检验价值更显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the value of blood routine test in pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy.Methods 68 pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy were selected as the anemia group,and 68 normal pregnant women were selected as the normal group.Both groups completed blood sample collection and routine blood tests in a conscious and normal state.The results and positive detection rates of various routine blood tests were compared between the two groups.Results The red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HGB),and hematocrit(HCT)levels in the anemia group were lower than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the levels of mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)between the anemia group and the normal group.The positive rates of RBC,HGB,HCT and RBC+HGB+HCT+MCH+MCHC detection in the anemia group were higher than those in the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine test can play a significant role in the identification of pregnant women with pregnancy anemia,and the combined application of test is more significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
