触发点弹拨手法联合中药封包治疗前斜角肌综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨触发点弹拨手法联合中药封包治疗前斜角肌综合征的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年4月—2024年7月赣州市中医院收治的前斜角肌综合征患者82例为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同,将患者分为对照组与观察组,各41例。两组均给予常规针刺治疗,对照组针刺完毕后予常规推拿治疗,观察组针刺完毕后弹拨斜角肌触发点,并给予中药封包治疗。比较两组的中医症候积分、临床疗效、疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]及上肢功能[臂、肩、手功能障碍(disabilites of the arm,shoulder,and hand,DASH)评分]。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,中医症候各项积分、VAS评分、DASH评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:触发点弹拨手法联合中药封包可提高前斜角肌综合征的临床疗效,缓解疼痛,提高上肢功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the trigger point poking channels manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress in the treatment of scalenus anticus syndrome.Method:A total of 82 patients with scalenus anticus syndrome admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to July 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,according to different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional acupuncture treatment,the control group was given conventional massage treatment after acupuncture,the observation group was given scalene muscle trigger point after acupuncture also given traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress treatment.The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)score]and upper limb function[(disabilites of the arm,shoulder,and hand,DASH)score]of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of TCM symptoms,VAS score and DASH score were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trigger point poking channels manipulation combined with Traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress can improve the clinical effect of scalenus anticus syndrome,relieve pain and improve upper limb function.
