中医综合护理干预对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:评估中医综合护理干预在输卵管阻塞性不孕症(OOI)患者中的应用效果。方法:纳入2023年5月—2024年3月南昌市第一医院收治的100例OOI患者,随机分为对照组(n=50,给予常规护理干预)、观察组(n=50,在对照组基础上加用中医综合护理干预)。评价两组中医症候评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、满意度。结果:干预前,两组中医症候评分及SAS、SDS、GWB评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组中医症候评分及SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低,GWB评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组(82.00%)比较,观察组总满意率(96.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对OOI患者实施中医综合护理干预可以降低中医症候评分,减轻焦虑感、抑郁感,增强主观幸福感,提高护理满意度。Objective:To evaluate the application effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with oviduct obstructive infertility(OOI).Method:A total of 100 patients with OOI admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from May 2023 to March 2024 were included and randomly divided into the control group(n=50,received routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(n=50,given TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group).TCM symptoms scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),the general well-being schedule(GWB)and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:Before intervention,there were no statistical significance in TCM symptoms scores and the scores of SAS,SDS and GWB between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of TCM syndromes,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and GWB score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(82.00%),the total satisfaction rate(96.00%)of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive nursing intervention for OOI patients can reduce TCM symptoms scores,relieve anxiety and depression,enhance subjective well-being and improve nursing satisfaction.
