摘  要:目的:探讨基于营养筛查评估的早期规范化营养干预在烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月在遵义医科大学附属医院住院的90例烧伤患者,以随机数字表法分两组,各45例。传统组应用传统护理措施,探究组在传统组基础上给予基于营养筛查评估的早期规范化营养干预。比较两组创面愈合时间、营养状态、炎症因子、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:探究组创面愈合时间早于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)和总蛋白(TP)水平均高于护理前,且探究组均高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均低于护理前,且探究组均低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分均高于护理前,且探究组均高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组护理满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于营养筛查评估的早期规范化营养干预应用在烧伤患者的护理中疗效显著,不仅能加速创面愈合,还能改善患者的营养状态,缓解炎症反应,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application of early standardized nutrition intervention based on nutritional screening evaluation in burn patients.Method:A total of 90 burn patients hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Traditional nursing measures were applied to the traditional group,and early standardized nutrition intervention based on nutritional screening assessment was given to the exploration group.Wound healing time,nutritional status,inflammatory factors,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound healing time of the exploration group was earlier than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and total protein(TP)in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the exploration group were higher than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the exploration group were lower than those in traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the exploration group were higher than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the exploration group was higher than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early standardized nutrition intervention based on nutritional screening evaluation has significant effect in the nursing of burn patients,which can not only accelerate wound healing,but also improve the nutrition status of patients,alleviate
