摘　　要：目的:探究中药封包治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法:选择2022年5月—2023年12月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院收治的100例肱骨外上髁炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行偏振光治疗,观察组则进行中药封包治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肘部功能[美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分]及超声检测结果(肌腱厚度及微循环指数)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、2个疗程后,观察组VAS评分均优于对照组,HSS各维度评分及微循环指数均显著高于对照组及治疗前,肌腱厚度均显著低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果较好,可有效控制不适感、肘部功能及状态,因此在肱骨外上髁炎患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress on external humeral epicondylitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with external humeral epicondylitis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polarized light,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress.The total effective rate,pain degree[visual analogue score(VAS)],elbow function[hospital for special surgery(HSS)score]and ultrasonic results(tendon thickness and microcirculation index)between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,VAS scores of observation group were better than those in control group,HSS scores in each dimension and microcirculation indexes were significantly higher than those in control group and before treatment,tendon thickness were significantly lower than those in control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine herbal compress in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis has good clinical efficacy,and can effectively control the discomfort,elbow function and status,so it has high application value in patients with external humeral epicondylitis.
