壮药香囊在门诊无痛胃肠镜检查患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨壮药香囊在门诊无痛胃肠镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年10月—2024年10月于广西国际壮医医院行无痛胃肠镜检查的90例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规方案组(P组)和壮药香囊组(R组),各45例。P组采用阿芬太尼+丙泊酚麻醉方案,在P组基础上,R组予以壮药香囊。比较两组麻醉成功率、麻醉优良率、麻醉相关指标、血流动力学、患者满意度及安全性指标。结果:R组一次麻醉成功率及优良率、总满意度均高于P组,不良反应发生率低于P组,麻醉起效时间(1.02±0.21)min,苏醒时间(5.58±1.17)min,离院时间(20.35±2.05)min,均早于P组的(1.55±0.34)、(8.34±1.41)、(25.86±3.93)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入室时血流动力学指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组给药后即刻、操作结束时血流动力学指标均下降,但与P组相比,R组血流动力学指标水平均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊麻醉患者使用壮药香囊利于提高麻醉一次成功率及优良率,维持血流动力学稳定,恢复更快,可改善就诊体验,提高麻醉满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of Sachet of Zhuang Medicine in patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in outpatient clinics.Method:A total of 90 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a conventional protocol group(group P)and a Sachet of Zhuang Medicine group(group R)using a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The group P was anesthetized with Fentanyl and Propofol,while the group R was given Sachet of Zhuang Medicine on the basis of the group P.The success rate of anesthesia,excellent and good rate of anesthesia,anesthesia related indicators,hemodynamics,patient satisfaction,and safety indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:The one-time success rate of anesthesia,excellent and good rate,and overall satisfaction of anesthesia in group R were higher than those in group P,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the group P,the onset time of anesthesia was(1.02±0.21)min,the recovery time was(5.58±1.17)min,and the hospital discharge time was(20.35±2.05)min in group R,which were all earlier than(1.55±0.34),(8.34±1.41),and(25.86±3.93)min in group P,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hemodynamic indicators between the two groups when entering the room(P>0.05);hemodynamic indicators immediately after administration and at the end of the operation in both groups decreased,but compared with the group P,the group R had higher levels of hemodynamic indicators,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Sachet of Zhuang Medicine in outpatient anesthesia patients is beneficial for improving the success rate,excellent and good rate of anesthesia,maintaining hemodynamic stability,faster recovery,improving the medical experience,and increasing anesthesia satisfaction.
