复方黄柏液涂剂联合益生菌、硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗滴虫阴道炎的效果  

Effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating Combined with Probiotics and Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginitis

摘　　要：目的:探究复方黄柏液涂剂联合益生菌、硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗滴虫阴道炎(TV)的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月云霄县妇幼保健院收治的TV患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(接受益生菌+硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗)及研究组(接受硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊+益生菌+复方黄柏液涂剂治疗),各49例。对比两组临床疗效、氧化应激指标水平、炎症因子水平,以及阴道乳杆菌数量、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))阳性率及复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组丙二醛(MDA)、Toll样受体2(TLR2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、H_(2)O_(2)阳性率均降低,研究组均低于对照组,两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳杆菌评分均升高,研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TV患者采用复方黄柏液涂剂联合益生菌、硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,可降低炎症因子水平,减轻氧化应激反应,改善阴道微生态,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with probiotics and Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis(TV).Method:A total of 98 patients with TV admitted to Yunxiao County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group (treated with probiotics + Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules) and study group (treated with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules + probiotics + Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating) according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, oxidative stress indexes levels, inflammatory factors levels, the quantity of vaginal Lactobacillus, the positive rate of hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2)) and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the malondialdehyde (MDA), Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-13 (IL-13) and the positive rate of H_(2)O_(2) were decreased in both groups, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the superoxide dismutase (SOD), Lactobacillus scores were increased in both groups, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating combined with probiotics and Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of patients with TV can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, alleviate oxidative stress reaction, improve vaginal microecology, and reduce the recurrence rate.
