摘　　要：尖锐湿疣是一种常见的性传播疾病,由人乳头瘤病毒感染皮肤黏膜引起。由于尖锐湿疣的传染性强,复发率高,需要长时间反复治疗,且尖锐湿疣的发病和复发机制复杂,因此,本文就免疫因素在尖锐湿疣发病和复发机制中的研究做一综述,为找到控制该病发生和复发的最佳途径提供理论依据。Condyloma acuminatum is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus infection of the skin mucosa.Due to the strong infectivity and high recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum,it requires long-term repeated treatment,and the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum is complex.Therefore,this article reviews the study of immune factors in the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum,and provides a theoretical basis for finding the best way to control the occurrence and recurrence of the disease.
