摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是我国常见慢性病,然而该病目前无法根治,且长期西药治疗易引发耐药性问题,故医学界愈发重视提升COPD患者的生存质量。中医药在COPD的治疗中展现出独特优势,其中补肺法与穴位贴敷治疗COPD的临床效果显著。然而,针对这一联合疗法,目前尚缺乏系统的梳理与总结,故本文从中医基础、动物研究及临床应用三个方面对补肺法联合穴位贴敷治疗COPD的现状进行综述,以为后续相关研究提供思路与参考。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic disease in China.However,the disease cannot be cured at present,and long-term western medicine treatment is easy to lead to drug resistance.Therefore,the medical community pays more and more attention to improving the quality of life of COPD patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages in the treatment of COPD,among which invigorating lung method and acupoint application have remarkable clinical effects.However,for this combined therapy,there is still a lack of systematic combing and summary,so this paper reviews the current situation of invigorating lung method and acupoint application in the treatment of COPD from three aspects:traditional Chinese medicine basis,animal research and clinical application,so as to provide ideas and references for subsequent relevant studies.
