摘 要:目的分析重症脑卒中患者接受早期滋养性肠内营养的治疗效果。方法选取苏州市相城人民医院2023年1月至2024年6月收治的139例脑卒中患者,依治疗方案分为对照组69例、观察组70例。两组均常规治疗,对照组肠外营养,观察组联合早期滋养性肠内营养治疗。对比两组神经功能、营养水平、肠黏膜屏障恢复及不良反应。结果与干预前相比,两组干预后神经功能评分、肠黏膜屏障均降低,观察组低于对照组。观察组营养水平高于对照组、不良反应低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论常规临床治疗干预能够有效改善重症脑卒中患者神经功能,但难以有效遏制患者肠黏膜内毒素等影响。在此基础上采取早期滋养性肠内营养治疗可进一步保护肠黏膜屏障功能、改善机体营养水平,并在此基础上促进神经功能恢复及降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of early nourishing enteral nutrition in severe stroke patients.Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,there were 139 stroke patients in Xiangcheng People’s Hospital,control group(n=69)and observation group(n=70)according to the treatment regimen.Both groups were routinely treated,control group parenteral observation group combined nourishing therapy.Compare nerve function,nutrient level,intestinal mucosal barrier recovery and adverse effects in the two groups.Results Neurofunction score and intestinal mucosal barrier in the two groupswere reduced compared with before intervention.The observation group was lower than the control group,the nutrition level was increased,observation group higher than control group,reaction lower than control group,statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Routine clinical therapeutic intervention can effectively improve the neurological function of severe stroke patients,but it is difficult to effectively curb the effects of intestinal mucosal endotoxin.On this basis,early nourishing enteral nutrition therapy can further protect the intestinal mucosal barrier function,improve the nutritional level of the body,and on this basis,promote the recovery of nerve function and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
