桃红四物汤联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果

摘　　要：目的以高血压合并冠心病患者为例,探究桃红四物汤联合氨氯地平对病症控制情况。方法选取日照市中医医院2021年10月至2022年3月收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(40例)开展氨氯地平治疗,观察组(40例)开展桃红四物汤联合氨氯地平,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者心绞痛发作情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并冠心病患者以桃红四物汤联合氨氯地平控制优势明显,可有效改善患者不适感,降低血压,稳定病情,应用价值显著。Objective Take patients with hypertension combined with coronary artery disease as an example,to investigate the control of the disease by Taohong Siwu Tang combined with amlodipine.Methods A total of 80 patients with Hypertension combined with coronary heart disease from Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected.All cases were assigned to two groups with random number table.The control group(40 cases)took amlodipine,and the observation group(40 cases)received Taohong Siwu decoction combined with amlodipine,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group had lower blood pressure level than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group achieved higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in observation group were lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group after treatment were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment effect of Taohong Siwu decoction and amlodipine for hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the discomfort,reduce blood pressure,and stabilize the condition,which has significant application value.
