血必净及胰岛素泵联合治疗对2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者氧化应激及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净及胰岛素泵联合治疗对2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者的影响。方法选取日照市中心医院2022年4月至2023年11月收治的66例2型糖尿病DKA患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同进行分组,其中予以胰岛素泵治疗的33例患者为对照组,予以血必净联合胰岛素泵治疗的33例为观察组。对比两组症状改善情况、氧化应激指标、炎症指标、不良反应。结果观察组各项症状改善均短于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素用量低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组丙二醛(MDA)、以及各项炎症水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论在2型糖尿病DKA患者中应用血必净及胰岛素泵联合治疗效果显著,可有效调节氧化应激反应,降低炎症指标,加快症状改善,安全可靠。Objectives To investigate the effect of combined treatment of Xuexijing and insulin pump on type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods A total of 66 patients with Diabetic ketoacidosis in type 2 diabetes from Rizhao Central Hospital from April 2022 to November 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,33 patients receiving insulin pump treatment were divided into control group,and 33 patients receiving Xuebijing plus insulin pump treatment were divided into observation group.Symptom improvement,oxidative stress index,inflammatory index and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe time to improve all symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group The time of ketone bodies in urine turning negative,the time of pH value recovery,and the time of blood glucose returning to normal in observation group were all shorter than those in the control groupafter treatment,malondialdehyde(MDA)and all inflammation levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the insulin dosage was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin 6(IL-6)in the observation group were all lower those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total antioxidant(TAC),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusions In DKA patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the combination of Xuebijing and insulin pump has a significant effect,which can effectively regulate oxidative stress response,reduce inflammation indicators,accelerate symptom improvement,and is safe and reliable.
