摘 要:目的比较药学干预对抗菌药物临床合理应用的影响。方法选取本院2022年12月至2023年12月80例接受抗菌药物治疗患者,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(药学干预)与对照组(常规用药指导),各40例,比较两组满意度水平、抗菌药物认知度及用药依从性评分、不合理用药情况及不良反应。结果观察组总满意率高于对照组,抗菌药物认知度及用药依从性均高于对照组,临床不合理用药情况及不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受抗菌药物治疗患者实施药学干预,有利于提高满意度效果,减少用药不良反应和不合理用药情况,加强患者用药依从性及对抗菌药物的认知度。Objective To compare the effects of pharmaceutical interventions on the rational clinical use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 80 patients who received antimicrobial therapy were enrolled in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group(pharmaceutical intervention)and a control group(conventional medication guidance),with 40 patients in each group.The satisfaction level,antimicrobial awareness and medication adherence score,irrational drug use,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the awareness of antibiotics and medication compliance were higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of clinical irrational drug use and adverse reactions were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pharmaceutical intervention for patients receiving antimicrobial therapy is beneficial in improving satisfaction,reducing adverse drug reactions and irrational drug use,enhancing patient medication compliance,and increasing awareness of antimicrobial drugs.
