脑循环治疗仪配合游戏辅助言语训练在语言发育迟缓儿童中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨脑循环治疗仪配合游戏辅助言语训练在语言发育迟缓儿童中的应用效果。方法选取江西省上饶市广丰区妇幼保健院2020年1月至2022年6月收治的100例语言发育迟缓儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例),对照组开展常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上开展脑循环治疗仪配合游戏辅助言语训练治疗,观察两组患儿的神经心理发育情况(儿心量表)、适应和社会行为(婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表S-M)、口部运动功能。结果观察组治疗后儿心量表DQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后唇部功能、下颌功能、舌部功能评分高于对照组,适应和社会生活行为能力各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对语言发育迟缓的患儿开展游戏辅助言语训练与脑循环治疗仪治疗,不仅能促使患儿神经心理发育,还能进一步加快患儿语言、运动等功能的发育,提高适应和社会行为能力,极大提高患儿家属满意度。Objectives To explore the application effect of cerebral circulation therapeutic device combined with game-assisted speech training in children with developmental delay.Methods A total of 100 children with language retardation admitted to Guangfeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation,while the observation group received cerebral circulation therapeutic device combined with game-assisted speech training on the basis of the control group.Neuropsychological development(Child Mind Scale),adaptive and social behavior(Social Life Skills Scale for Infants-Junior High School Students S-M),and oral-motor function were observed in the two groups.Results The DQ score of the pediatric heart scale after treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of lip function,mandibular function,and tongue function,and the scores of the dimensions of adaptive and social life and behavioral ability were higher in the observation group than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Conducting game-assisted speech training and circulation therapeutic device treatment for children with language developmental delay can not only promote the neuropsychological development of children,but also accelerate the development of children’s language motor functions,improve adaptation and social behavior abilities,and greatly improve patient satisfaction.
