肛管裹油纱布与明胶压迫止血对肛肠术后出血患者疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肛肠术后患者应用肛管裹油纱布与明胶压迫止血的效果。方法抽选苏州市相城人民医院在2022年5月至2023年11月完成肛肠手术的患者80例设为研究对象,依照术后应用止血方法的差异,将用肛管裹油纱布的40例作为对照组,将用明胶压迫止血的40例作为试验组,评价两组患者的术后止血效果、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、住院时间。结果试验组患者的止血效果优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的疼痛程度、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症发生率结果低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肛肠术后患者应用明胶压迫止血,相比于肛管裹油纱布,具有更好的止血效果,将大幅降低患者的疼痛程度和病症发生率,缩短患者的住院时间,对于患者的术后机体恢复具有重要价值。Objective To analyze the hemostatic effect between anal tube wrapped with oil gauze and gelatin compression in patients after anorectal surgery.Methods From May 2022 to November 2023,80 patients who completed anorectal surgery in our hospital were selected as the research target.According to the difference of hemostasis methods after operation,40 patients with oil gauze wrapped in anal canal were used as the control group,and 40 patients with gelatin compression hemostasis were used as the test group.The postoperative hemostasis effect,pain degree,complication rate and hospitalization time of the two groups were evaluated.Results The hemostatic effect of patients in the test group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree and hospitalization time of the patients in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the test group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with oil gauze wrapped in anal canal,gelatin compression hemostasis for anorectal patients has a better hemostasis effect,which will greatly reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of diseases,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and is of great value for the postoperative recovery of patients.
