2023—2024年北京市某社区616名居民连续2年体检的结果分析  

Analysis of the Results of Physical Examination of 616 Residents in a Community of Beijing from 2023 to 2024 for Two Consecutive Years

摘　　要：目的收集并分析老年人群连续2年进行健康体检的临床数据、中医体质辨识和生活满意度的情况。方法纳入2023年1月至2024年8月于北京市西城区牛街社区卫生服务中心分别进行2次体检的616名老年居民为研究对象,收集研究对象的一般资料、体检结果与实验室检查数据。结果与2023年相比,2024年多数性别组的收缩压和舒张压有所下降,女性和75~84岁男性高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平降低,血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)水平普遍上升,血红蛋白(Hb)水平普遍下降,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和总胆红素(TBIL)多数性别组也有所下降。中医体质辨识中平和质占比上升,生活满意度满意占比同样上升,这些差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与2023年相比,2024年居民的多项健康指标有不同程度的维持和改善,患者的生活满意度为满意组占比和平和质体质占比有所上升。Objective To collect and analyze clinical data,traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification,and life satisfaction of elderly people who have undergone health checkups for two consecutive years.Methods A total of 616 elderly residents who underwent two physical examinations at Niujie Community Health Service Center in Xicheng District,Beijing from January 2023 to August 2024 were included as the research subjects.General information,physical examination results,and laboratory test data of the research subjects were collected.Results Compared with 2023,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of most gender groups decreased in 2024.The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels of females and males aged 75-84 decreased,while the serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and total cholesterol(TC)levels generally increased.The hemoglobin(Hb)levels generally decreased,and the alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels also decreased in most gender groups.The proportion of peaceful constitution in traditional Chinese medicine identification has increased,and the proportion of life satisfaction has also increased,these differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with 2023,multiple health indicators of residents in 2024 have been maintained and improved to varying degrees,and the proportion of patients with satisfactory life and peaceful physical fitness has increased.
