穴位注射维生素B6在中重型颅脑损伤患者中的止吐作用

摘　　要：目的分析穴位注射维生素B6治疗中重型颅脑损伤患者呕吐的临床效果。方法随机将2022年7月至2024年10月安溪县医院100例中重型颅脑损伤患者分为各50例的两组,对照组与观察组分别实施常规恢复治疗和穴位注射维生素B6治疗。对比两组临床效果、呕吐次数、呕吐天数和生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.536,P<0.05);观察组呕吐次数为(3.45±0.61)次/d,呕吐时间为(2.43±0.45)d,均低于对照组(t=21.768,25.093,P均<0.05);观察组治疗后生理功能评分为(71.62±5.98)分,生理职能评分为(69.69±7.40)分,躯体疼痛评分为(72.50±6.60)分,一般健康状况评分为(74.67±5.78)分,精力评分为(75.68±4.66)分,社会功能评分为(70.65±6.31)分,情感职能评分为(65.16±3.24)分,精神健康评分为(67.64±3.32)分,均高于对照组(t=7.498、6.507、6.958、6.930、9.604、9.736、11.929、8.424,P均<0.05)。结论中重型颅脑损伤患者采取穴位注射维生素B6治疗,可以减轻患者呕吐及其他病情症状,能有效改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint injection of vitamin B6 in the treatment of vomiting in patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury.Methods From July 2022 to June 2024,100 patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury in Anxi County Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with routine restoration therapy and acupoint injection of vitamin B6,respectively.Clinical outcomes,number of episodes of vomiting,days of vomiting and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=4.536,P<0.05).The vomiting times and vomiting time of observation group were(3.45±0.61)times per day and(2.43±0.45)days,both of which were lower than those of control group(t=21.768,25.093,both P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological function score was(71.62±5.98),the physiological function score was(69.69±7.40),the body pain score was(72.50±6.60),the general health score was(74.67±5.78),the energy score was(75.68±4.66),social function score was(70.65±6.31),emotional function score was(65.16±3.24)and mental health score was(67.64±3.32),all of which were higher than that of the control group(t=7.498,6.507,6.958,6.930,9.604,9.736,11.929,8.424,all P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint injection of vitamin B6 in patients with moderate and severe craniocerebral injury can alleviate vomiting and other symptoms of the disease,and can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
