复方甘草酸苷片及消银胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析复方甘草酸苷片及消银胶囊联合NB-UVB在治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2024年1月内收治的寻常型银屑病患者88例,用随机数字表法分为对照组(消银胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗)和观察组(加用复方甘草酸苷片治疗),各44例。对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗前两组中医证候评分、皮肤屏障功能、皮损面积与严重程度评分及生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候评分较对照组低;皮肤屏障功能中,观察组皮脂含量、角质层含水量均较对照组高,TEWL较对照组低;皮损面积与严重程度评分及生活质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。但两组不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床中治疗寻常型银屑病时使用复方甘草酸苷片及消银胶囊联合NB-UVB的治疗方案具有较好效果,能够显著降低临床症状,改善皮肤屏障功能,减少皮损面积与严重程度,提高生活质量,使用时不良反应也较少。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin and Xiaoyin capsules combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Eighty-eight patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(treated with Xiaoyin capsules combined with NB-UVB)and an observation group(treated with compound glycyrrhizin),with 44 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,skin barrier function,lesion area and severity,and quality of life between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.In terms of skin barrier function,the observation group had higher sebum content and stratum corneum water content compared to the control group,and lower TEWL compared to the control group.The scores of lesion area,severity and quality of life were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).However,the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of compound glycyrrhizin and Xiaoyin capsules combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in clinical practice has a good effect,which can significantly reduce clinical symptoms,improve skin barrier function,reduce skin lesion area and severity,improve quality of life,and have fewer adverse reactions during use.
