对高血压患者采用温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤应用在高血压患者中的具体效果。方法47例于2023年6月至2024年6月以西药治疗高血压患者划分至对照组,同期同病48例以温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗划分至观察组,分析两组干预前后相关指标差异。结果治疗后观察组总有效率较对照组更高,收缩压与舒张压指标水平较对照组更低,神疲乏力、头痛、眩晕及胸闷等中医证候评分较对照组更低,4项SF-36评分较对照组更高,总用药安全性较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤应用在高血压患者中可强化整体疗效,此外患者血压及中医证候积分等均得到显著改善,生活质量水平保持不断升高趋势,而治疗安全性也得到充分保障。Objective To explore the specific effect of Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in patients with hypertension.Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,47 patients with hypertension treated with western medicine were divided into the control group,while 48 patients with the same disease were divided into the observation group with Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.The differences of related indexes between the two groups before and after intervention were analyzed.Results After treatment,the observation group had higher total response rate than the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower,the fatigue,headache,dizziness and chest tightness were lower,the 4 SF-36 scores were higher than the control group,and the total drug safety was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in patients with hypertension can strengthen the overall efficacy,in addition,the blood pressure and TCM syndrome scores of patients have been significantly improved,the quality of life has maintained a rising trend,and the treatment safety has been fully guaranteed.
