揿针治疗对梅核气患者的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究揿针治疗对梅核气患者的应用效果。方法运用随机数字表法将2021年1月至2024年1月本院门诊收治的梅核气患者(81例)分为观察组(41例,在对照组基础上接受揿针干预)及对照组(40例,接受常规干预)。对比两组干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率、格拉斯哥—爱丁堡咽喉量表(GETS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果干预后,观察组咽中有梅核阻塞感积分、咽喉痰液咳吐不爽积分、GETS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论增用揿针可有效减轻梅核气患者咽喉不适感,显著缓解其主要中医证候体征,调节其负面情绪,且不会大幅提高不良反应的发生风险。Objective To study the application effect of pressing acupuncture on patients with plum kernel gas.Methods The random number table method was used to divide the patients with plum kernel gas admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024(81 case)into an observation group(41 case,receiving acupuncture intervention on the basis of the control group)and a control group(40 case,receiving routine intervention).Compare the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,incidence of adverse reactions,Glasgow Edinburgh Throat Scale(GETS)scores,and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores for plum nucleus obstruction in the throat,throat sputum cough and vomiting discomfort,GETS score,HAMA score,and HAMD score than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of pressing acupuncture can effectively alleviate the discomfort in the throat of patients with plum kernel gas,significantly alleviate their main traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,regulate their negative emotions,and not significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions.
