关节松动术结合中医推拿手法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究关节松动术与中医推拿相结合用于膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效。方法回顾性分析山东省济宁市金乡县人民医院康复医学科2021年4月至2022年11月48例膝关节炎患者的资料,通过抽签法将患者随机分成对照组和试验组,各24例。对照组患者仅实施关节松动操作;而试验组在实施关节松动操作上额外加入中医推拿疗法,评价涉及痛感减轻及关节活动范围增强的效果。结果试验组恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组灵活程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组关节附近软组织改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过结合关节松动术及中医推拿技巧对膝关节骨关节炎实施综合治疗,显著提高关节活动能力,有效缓解疼痛症状,为患者的康复治疗开辟了切实可行的方法路径。Objective To explore the clinical effect of joint mobilization combined with traditional Chinese massage for knee osteoarthritis Methods The data of 48 patients with knee arthritis from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Jinxiang County People’s Hospital,Jining City,Shandong Province,from April 2021 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group by drawing lots,with 24 cases in each group.Control group only underwent joint mobilization operation.In the trial group,Chinese massage therapy was added to the joint loosening operation to evaluate the effects of pain relief and joint range of motion enhancement.Results The recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The flexibility of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of soft tissue near the joints in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Through the combination of joint mobilization and traditional Chinese massage techniques to implement comprehensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis,significantly improve joint mobility,effectively relieve pain symptoms,and open up a practical method for the rehabilitation of patients.
