保妇康栓联合人干扰素α2a栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探析保妇康栓联合人干扰素α2a栓治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法样本入选起始与终止时间:2021年1月至2024年6月,样本容量:本院收治60例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者,依据治疗方案不同分组,对照组30例采用人干扰素α2a栓治疗,观察组30例联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组临床症状及体征消失时间、临床疗效。结果观察组临床症状及体征消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者,采用保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2a栓治疗方案可取得理想效果。Objective To explore the effect of Baofukang suppository combined with human interferon alpha 2a suppository in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods The starting and ending time of sample selection was from January 2021 to June 2024.The sample size:60 patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection were divided into different groups according to the treatment scheme.The control group was treated with human interferonα2a suppository,while the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository.The disappearance time and clinical efficacy of clinical symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group treatment was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with chronic cervicitis accompanied by HPV infection,the treatment regimen of Baofukang suppository combined with recombinant human interferon alpha 2a suppository can achieve ideal results.
