自由体位联合分娩球用于初产妇助产护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究自由体位联合分娩球应用在初产妇助产护理中所发挥的作用。方法选择2024年1月至2024年8月到朝阳市妇婴医院进行分娩的124例初产妇采用随机抽签法分为观察组(63例)和对照组(61例)。对照组的所有产妇均通过自由体位进行分娩,观察组采用自由体位联合分娩球进行分娩,对比两组产妇的分娩效果。结果①观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05);②观察组的宫颈成熟时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间、总产程时间、分娩疼痛评分均少于对照组(P<0.05);③观察组的产后并发症发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05);④产前,两组的SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);产后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇的助产护理中应用自由体位联合分娩球则有助于提高产妇的自然分娩率,缩短产妇的分娩时间,减少出现产后并发症的风险,并提升产妇的心理情绪,有助于产妇分娩的顺利开展。Objective To study the role of free position combined with birth ball in assistant nursing for primiparas during childbirth.Methods From January 2024 to August 2024,124 primiparous women who delivered at Chaoyang Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(61 cases)using a random draw method.All women in the control group delivered in a free position,while those in the observation group delivered in a free position combined with the use of a birth ball.The delivery outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results(1)The rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)All indicators,including cervical ripening duration,second stage of labor duration,third stage of labor duration,total labor duration,and childbirth pain assessment score,were lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).(3)The occurrence of postpartum complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Prior to childbirth,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,post-childbirth,the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of free position combined with birth ball in assistant nursing for primiparas can help increase the natural childbirth rate,shorten the duration of childbirth,reduce the risk of postpartum complications,and improve the psychological mood of parturients,thereby facilitating the smooth progress of childbirth.
