摘　　要：目的研究急诊胸痛患者抢救中应用优化急诊护理流程对患者急诊救治措施耗时及抢救结果的影响。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月期间在霞浦县医院急诊科收治的66例急诊胸痛患者,随机分为对照组(急诊常规护理)与观察组(优化急诊护理流程);对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组比对照组的各项急诊救治措施耗时更短(P<0.05);观察组的急救有效率(93.94%)、转院率(6.06%)相比对照组(63.64%、36.36%)均差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的急诊护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组比对照组的生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论采用优化的急诊护理流程处理胸痛患者,能显著减少急救耗时,提高救治效率与质量,增强患者生活品质及对护理服务的满意度。Objective To study the effect of applying optimized emergency nursing processes in the resuscitation of patients with emergency chest pain on the time-consuming emergency treatment measures and resuscitation outcomes of patients.Methods Sixty-six emergency chest pain patients admitted to the emergency department of Xiapu County Hospital between November 2022 and November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(emergency routine care)and the observation group(optimization of emergency care process).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group took less time than the control group for all emergency treatment measures(P<0.05).The difference between the effective rate of emergency treatment(93.94%)and the transfer rate(6.06%)of the observation group compared with that of the control group(63.64%and 36.36%)was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of emergency care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group compared with that of the control group were was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of an optimized emergency care process for the management of patients with chest pain significantly reduces the time-consuming emergency care,improves the efficiency and quality of treatment,and enhances the quality of life of patients and their satisfaction with care services.
